Details of both houses
House one!
The larger house currently used as tourist accommodation offers 4 private double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and two with their own private terrace. There is a lovely large lounge with a wood burning stove, a well equipped kitchen with a dining/breakfast area and utility room. Both the kitchen and the spacious hall have patio doors to the courtyard and pool. In the courtyard is an extra bathroom with toilet and shower. The spacious roof terrace completes this beautiful home.
House two!
This house is currently occupied by us as owners and has its own independent access from a street at the rear of the entire property. Here are 2 bedrooms and an open plan living/dining room with wood burning stove and newly fitted modern kitchen. The larger bedroom, located on the ground floor, consists of a (bed) room including work space, kitchenette and bathroom. This room can also be rented as a separate apartment. The second en-suite bedroom on the top floor opens onto a delightful L-shaped roof terrace with views over the Sierra Nevada. The basement of this house offers plenty of storage space.

The various options
Holiday home rental
At the moment we only rent every year from mid-July to the end of August and in the week after Christmas the larger house as a holiday home, the rest of the year we rent separate rooms with breakfast service. We live in our own house during this period, just like the rest of the year.
During this period we only maintain the plants that do not have an irrigation system because they are in pots and of course the heated saltwater swimming pool.
The bookings for the holiday home come in as early as February and then we are completely full every year. At the moment, in addition to our own site, we receive our bookings for the holiday home via three platforms. You can continue to use the listings on these platforms.
Of course you can also choose to rent out the larger house all year round or even rent out both houses with a shared swimming pool as an investment object.
Run the B&B
We have now opened the larger house as a B&B (separate room rental with breakfast service) every year from February 24 to December 10. Our hiking site (click here) in particular attracts many guests. This in addition to the tour that we offer in collaboration with other Dutch / Belgian owners of a B&B. We also receive many guests who are also going to visit the Alhambra in Granada or Spanish guests who are having a wonderful weekend away. The latter is due to the location of our B&B/holiday home.

Combination habitation
Of course you can also live here yourself and occasionally receive friends, acquaintances or family for a wonderful holiday or long weekend. Walking together, playing golf, visiting Granada or the beach, having a delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. In short, your loved ones close to you and everyone has their own room with en-suite bathroom. How delicious is that?
